* Clean Runs to Podiums

"Clean Runs to Podiums" is a 10-week fitness program designed for agility handlers who have completed "Couch to Clean Runs" or those who already have a fitness foundation.
This course builds on your strength, mobility, flexibility, and conditioning to take your agility performance to new heights.
It’s a more challenging, comprehensive program to prepare you for more competitive runs and podium finishes.

What to Expect:
Strength & Conditioning Workouts: We focus on improving your overall power and endurance, essential for handling speed and precision on the agility course. Expect to work on both upper and lower body strength.

Mobility & Flexibility Sessions: Keeping your body mobile and flexible is crucial for agility. These sessions focus on increasing your range of motion and reducing stiffness, helping you navigate course obstacles more fluidly.

Core Stability Work: A strong core is vital for balance, quick changes of direction, and maintaining control. Our core workouts will help you strengthen this foundation for better handling and injury prevention.

Balance & Coordination Training: Balance drills will sharpen your ability to control your movements and react quickly, ensuring better body control and smoother transitions during runs.

Running & Endurance Training: We include running and cardio drills towards the end of the course to boost cardiovascular fitness and stamina, allowing you to keep pace with your dog through even the most intense runs.

Weekly Progression: As with "Couch to Clean Runs," this program gradually increases in intensity. The sessions start at a manageable pace and grow in difficulty, with 3 or 4 video-based sessions per week covering strength, mobility, flexibility, core, and conditioning.

Minimal Equipment Required:
For strength work, you can use household items like water bottles or light weights as resistance. As you progress, we recommend adding hand weights or resistance bands to keep challenging yourself.

Support and Community:
You’ll gain access to a private Facebook group where you can connect with other participants, share progress, and receive feedback from me. I’ll be there through regular Q&A check-ins, keeping you motivated and ensuring you stay on track to meet your fitness goals.
