* An introduction to fitness

Do you want to be fitter, stronger, faster and just better equipped for life? Maybe you don’t know where or how to start? Or don’t have much time? This is an entry-level programme designed for you. How does two programmed sessions a week sound? The sessions include a video where the movements and exercises are all fully demonstrated so you can easily follow along.

All sessions last between 30–40 minutes. Technical feedback is available if you want it. This 12-week course will improve your fitness, make you healthier, and better able to cope with the demands of everyday life. No equipment is needed and it can be completed in your living room at your own convenience. Every session has different scaling options, making them suitable for all abilities, ages and fitness levels.
