* Couch to Clean Runs

“Couch to Clean runs" is a 10 week course designed specifically for us agility handlers.
It is aimed at people either with little to no fitness experience, who want to get started. Or to people who have done fitness before, but really want some structure and consistency with their training. Those "returning" to fitness training and programming :)
At the start of the course, the sessions are shorter (15-20mins) and are mostly mobility and core stability type sessions, with 3 programmed for each week.
As the course progresses, the sessions get gradually longer (25-30mins) as you become more accustomed to them, and we start adding some strength work into the programming too. It moves to 4 sessions a week, towards the end of the course.
All of the sessions are videos for you to follow along to. This makes it easier for you to know exactly what to do, and i find its more motivating too.
Equipment wise, you dont really need anything except a space to workout from which would be big enough for you to lie down in. If you have a yoga mat, or some other type of mat, that would come in handy! And for some, a pillow or something to go under your knees might be useful too. And youll need a seat. Just a normal seat, nothing too fancy needed.
When we get to the strength work, if you get to a level you need to use a resistance weight but dont have one, i often advise buying a bottle of water (1L, 2l 5L or 10L depending on your strength), and using that as your weight. It does the same job!
The sessions are hosted here on my website "www.karmafitnesswales.co.uk", which you will be given login details for, to find the sessions to follow along with.
There will be a recommended schedule given to everyone, but ultimately you can fit the sessions in to whatever schedule suits you. Thats the major benefit of hosting them on the website.
When you have signed up, you will then be added to a private Facebook group too, with others going through the course with you. Here we will all be able to support each other, motivate each other and help each other through the course. I will also be providing help with anything needed through regular check ins (via Q and As), and generally just be "in" the course with you.
The course costs £120.
